Søren Rose is a designer who thrives on contrasts. Since founding his multidisciplinary design studio in 2009, he has worked between Copenhagen and New York, skillfully combining opposites to create results that are as serene as they are sophisticated. His work spans from interior design to product design and architecture. With a primary focus in functionality and craftsmanship.
His latest collaboration with GANDIABLASCO, the Arena Collection, brings these qualities to light, merging Scandinavian design sensibilities with Mediterranean minimalism.

ARENA is GANDIABLASCO’s first collection of purely organic shapes is inspired by the fluid movement of sand dunes and the harmony between architecture and nature. Its rounded elements, wavy lines and sculptural forms evoke both traditional basketry and the elegant curves of Scandinavian veneer work.
Crafted in powder-coated aluminium for strength, versatility and longevity, the Arena Collection includes club armchairs, two-seater sofas, coffee tables and the show-stopping Arena Swing. Each piece is shaped using intricate slat-bending techniques that blend technical ambition with Søren’s skillful Hygge craftsmanship.

The collection is available in all finishes and colours from the GANDIABLASCO catalogue, including premium outdoor fabrics from Kvadrat, Sunbrella and Dedar Milano, as well as sustainable fabrics made from 100% recycled PET.
